Dowd Moves to Sweden in Huge Career Move
Former Sheffield Steeler Robert Dowd certainly impressed for GB at the recent World Championships.
So much so that Swedish side Troja-Ljungby have signed him to play there next season. Agent Gunnar Svensson and General Manager Jerry Andersson were amongst several European scouts at the recent EIHL championships in Nottingham.
Troja confirmed the signing this afternoon.
The Sheffield Steelers wish Dowdy all the very best of luck in Sweden.
