We’re delighted to confirm that our exclusive pre-game area for Sheffield Steelers Season Ticket Holders will once again be available throughout the 2026/27 season – and this year you’ll be enjoying a brand-new venue.
Following the impressive refurbishment of the Utilita Arena, your pre-game meeting place has moved to the The Nova, a modern new hospitality space designed to make your match-night experience even better.

✅ Doors open 90 minutes before face-off, giving you access 30 minutes before general admission

As part of the pre-game experience, Associate Coach Carter Beston-Will will once again join supporters ahead of every home game. Carter will share his thoughts on the evening’s opposition, discuss what the Steelers need to do to secure the right result, and answer your questions before the team takes to the ice.
The Nova offers the perfect place to meet friends, enjoy a drink and build the excitement before another season of Steelers hockey gets underway.
