One of the most familiar names in Sheffield Steelers history is returning.
The Iceline is back – with a new home on Sheffield Essentials.
For many years, the Iceline was a regular part of Steelers life, bringing supporters the latest news, interviews, opinion, talking points and plenty of discussion from around the club.
Now it is returning for the 2026-27 season.
The new-look Steelers Iceline will be hosted by David Simms and Jonathan Fearnley every Tuesday evening from 7.00pm until 8.00pm on Sheffield Essentials.
Each week the show will look back at the weekend’s action, preview the games ahead and discuss the biggest talking points surrounding the Steelers and the Elite League.
There will also be regular appearances from Steelers players, coaches and special guests.
And, as always, supporters will be very much part of the show.
You will be able to WhatsApp the show with either messages or voice notes, just save the number 0114 321 3131
Fans will be able to get involved with their questions, comments and opinions, giving you the chance to put your points directly to the presenters and guests.
