Steelers welcome Zach Vinnell into our line up in December 2023 from our EIHL rivals Glasgow Clan.

Zach studied at Merrimack College between 2019 and 2022 before moving to Bowling Green State University the year after

This is when Zach turned professional after signing for Indy Fuel bat the back end of the 2023 season

In the summer Zach decided to try Europe for the first time signing with the Clan

Head coach Aaron Fox said “We love the flexibility with Zach, he can play both as a forward or a D, having a swing guy like him is very important

“He is also know to a few of the guys which means we knew his temperament and personality ahead of his arrival and knew he would be a good fit for us

“Already we have seen him play at the arena and on the road and are confident he will play a big part in our season ahead”
