Terms of Sale

  1. Season Tickets are based on 32 competitive games at the Utilita Sheffield Arena.
  2. End of Season Offer is open to all applicants – existing season ticket seats will be withheld from general sale until 30/04/25.
  3. All Direct Debit payments require a deposit and then a set number of equal monthly payments as detailed over page.
  4. Direct Debit mandates must be signed and completed by the 9th of the month before the first payment is due to be taken.
  5. All Direct Debit payments are taken on the 9th of the month (or next working day) and must end by 9th March 2025 and are subject to an administration charge (included in price shown above).
  6. Failed direct debit payments are subject to an administration charge of £20.
  7. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Sheffield Steelers’.
  8. Existing Season Ticket Holders’ seats will be reserved until 30/04/25, at which point they will be released for general sale.
  9. Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club. We reserve the right to reallocate seats where necessary.
  10. Family Ticket = 2 Adults and either 2 or 1 Children/Child. All to reside at same address. All seats in a family ticket to run consecutively and no spaces/different blocks will be accepted.
  11. Child = Under 16 years of age as at 31/08/2025.
  12. Children under the age of 5 as at 31/08/2025 do require a season ticket (£75 charge) blocks 103,104,105,116,117,118,204 and 217 are charged at full child season ticket price.
  • Concession – Over 60 as at 31/08/2025.
  • Registered Disabled – must be in receipt of mid or high rate DLA/PIP, proof of DLA/PIP level to be supplied.
  • Students over 16 in full time education – A letter from your college or University will need to be supplied even if previously supplied.
  • First year students have until 30/09/24 to supply original proof in writing.
  • Season Tickets will be cancelled without refund if not supplied.
  1. Season Tickets are transferable, if used by someone within the same category.
  2. Tickets will be provided digitally. A physical card can be provided at an additional cost of £5.
  3. Wheelchair bays will be reserved for allocation by the club.
  4. It is not possible to move seats once season tickets have been removed from sale.
  5. No refunds after purchase.

In applying for a Season Ticket, you recognise and accept that Sheffield Steelers have the right to:

  1. Remove any section of seating from use at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
  2. Reschedule season ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures.
  3. Offer special promotions during the course of the season, which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket.

 

LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT

  • In order to make a purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts. If you are purchasing online, you must also have a Sheffield Steelers account and a valid credit or debit card issued in your name.
  • By purchasing one or more Items from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Purchase Policy. If you do not agree with this Purchase Policy or any other applicable terms and conditions, or if you cannot comply with any of them, then you must not make a purchase.
  • We reserve the right from time to time to make changes to this terms policy. Where we make any such changes, we shall post the updated version of this terms and conditions on our website. Therefore, we recommend you check this terms and conditions policy regularly to stay informed of its current terms and conditions. All purchases are subject to the applicable version of this terms and conditions that was published at the time of purchase. If you do not agree with any revised version of this terms and conditions, or if you cannot comply with it, then you must not make a purchase.
