Captain Robert Dowd talked of the importance of a victory against the Manchester Storm in tonight’s Challenge Cup game at ICE Sheffield (face off 7.30pm)
“We know we need a regulation win to secure that number one seeding” said Dowdy “Since game one of the cup that has been the aim of this stage of the competition, its been our motivation especially with qualification to the quarter finals secured a while ago
“This competition is close to our hearts after we won it a few years ago and after such a long wait to lift this trophy we want to do it again this year
“So we go to Ice Sheffield with just one thought in our minds and that is to win, and inside 60 minutes”
