One of the biggest nights of the season – the Steelers “Teddy Bear Toss” as we help “Mission Christmas” give every child in the are a present to open on the big day.
After the Steelers first goal this coming Saturday, we ask you t throw your “Teddy Bears and Soft Toys” on to the ice but do ask that you wrap them in plastic bags, to avoid them being damaged and getting dirty.
“It’s a great feeling scoring any goal” said captain Robert Dowd, “but scoring the goal that sends thousands of bears onto the ice is something you can’t put into words
“We experienced that Teddy Bear Toss in Coventry last Sunday. It is a great hockey tradition but one the Steelers fans have taken to a new height and the number of toys we expect to be helping pick up on Saturday incredible”
