8.009 of us has a great time and so many winners.
What a night we had at the Utilita Arena last night, with over 8,000 in attendance
It wasn’t just the Steelers that were the winners, thought the 5-2 victory did send us all home smiling.
The night started and ended with our match sponsors UNISON.
Gareth and Lilly Kennedy Sharpe dropped the puck at the start of the game with the two Captains

UNISON Secretary John Campbell and Elaine Senior were with us at the end of the game for the Heineken Man of the Match Awards
Devils goal scorer Jake Coughler and Derek Gentile, who scored twice, took the awards.

Before the game, our Mascot for the night, Harper-Rose Hindson watched warm up from the Steelers bench.
Captain Robert Dowd stopped by for a photo, but not before Harper-Rose had the guided tour of the dressing room and this photo in Dowdy’s stall.

Also, after the game there was a chance for another meeting with the Captain wearing her personalised shirt and goodie bag.

Post Game Winners …
Our Q-Park 50-50 winner was Ariane Massey, it was another huge cash prize
Mikko Juusola skated over to present the cash on the ice after the game.

There were 24 prizes in the SOYB Raffle last night as we raffled off the game worn, white, away shirts that the team played in against Cardiff and Manchester during pre season.
Several of you have forwarded us photos of you with the prizes.

Stephen Harper was the name we were looking for in our Face Paint competition and we found plenty of you.
The winner was Ella Faulkner and after the game she and her family headed to the team bench to meet the Steelers power-forward.

Thanks to each and every one of you who bought a match night programme
Stephen Harper signed a programme earlier in the day and the lucky people who bought that magazine were Chris, Zoey and Ethan Parker – after the game they headed down to meet Stephen for these pictures on the team bench.

As always, we had two Facebook winners, one for last weeks Facebook Photo competition for pictures taken at the home game against Cardiff and our Facebook share winner, the competition for all of those who shared our Facebook post promoting last nights game.
Rowan Greaves took the photo of son Seth last week that won the competition, after the game their favourite Kevin Tansey was on hand for some photos

Chris Ellison was chosen as our Facebook Share competition
Kevin was available for this picture as they celebrated the night.

Kevin remained on duty as he presented a Tansey #6 shirt to one of our previous raffle winners
Rachael Gore collected her prize and also had this photo taken

Back in the Sponsors Lounge, Robert Dowd was on hand to make two special presentations.
Gracie Nicolson collected her Five Guys voucher after winning the Five Guys Dance Cam

The JJA Snack Chuck-A-Puck winner was Day Chew
The voucher was presented on the stage in the lounge.
