Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Sheffield Steelers Hub, the online members area for the Sheffield Steelers. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: To use the Sheffield Steelers Hub, you must be 18 years of age or older. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Account Creation: To create an account on the Sheffield Steelers Hub, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your name, email address, and other relevant information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for any activity that occurs under your account.
• Platform Use: The Sheffield Steelers Hub is an online platform for interacting with the Sheffield Steelers and accessing other online services provided by the team. By using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as these terms and conditions. You also agree not to:
  • Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform or any networks or servers connected to it.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.
  • Use our platform to transmit any spam, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with the Sheffield Steelers.
• Privacy Policy: By using the Sheffield Steelers Hub, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
• Intellectual Property: The Sheffield Steelers Hub and all content and materials contained within it are the property of the Sheffield Steelers or our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended purpose.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to our platform at any time, with or without cause or notice.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: The Sheffield Steelers Hub is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sheffield Steelers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Sheffield Steelers Hub.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
• Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Sheffield Steelers Hub following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

1.  Season Tickets are based on 31 games at the Utilita Sheffield Arena.
2. End of Season Offer is open to all applicants – existing season ticket seats will be withheld from general sale until 30/04/24.
3. All DD payments require a deposit and then a set number of equal monthly payments as detailed over page.
4. In order to qualify for the longest payment period (10months), your application must be completed no later than 01/05/24.
5. Direct Debit mandates must be signed and completed by the 9th of the month before the first payment is due to be taken.
6. All Direct Debit payments must end by 9th March 2025 and are subject to an administration charge (included in price shown above).
7. Existing Season Ticket Holders’ seats will be reserved until 30/04/24, at which point they will be released for general sale.
8. Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club. We reserve the right to reallocate seats where necessary.
9. Family Ticket = 2 Adults and either 2 or 1 Children/Child. All to reside at same address. All seats in a family ticket to run consecutively and no spaces/different blocks will be accepted.
10. Child = Under 16 years of age as at 01/09/2024.
11. Child under the age of 5 as at 01/09/2024 require a ticket and will be allocated a seat, free seats exclude blocks 103,104,105,116,117,118, 204 and 217.
12. Concession = Over 60 as at 01/09/2024. Registered Disabled, must be in receipt of mid or high rate DLA/PIP, proof of DLA/PIP level to be supplied. Students over 16 in full time education. A letter from your college or University will need to be supplied even if previously supplied. First year students have until 30/09/24 to supply original proof in writing. Card will be cancelled without refund if not supplied.
13. Season Tickets will be transferable, if used by someone within the same category.
14. There will be a £30 replacement fee for lost/stolen cards.
15. Wheelchair bays will be reserved for allocation by the club.
16. A £20 admin fee will be incurred for any failed direct debits.
