The Steelers and Weston Park Cancer Centre want to say a big “Thank You” to everyone who bought tickets for Sundays SOYB Raffle.
Steelers players wore a special warm up shirt ahead of the game against Dundee Stars and these were raffled off during the game.
Operations manager Shaun Smith said “A big thank you to everyone who bought tickets, Weston Park Hospital and the Cancer Centre is something that is very close to all of us here at the Steelers and we are happy to help in any way possible
“We can’t thank Hayley Reynolds and the team at the hospital enough for their involvement and the club will be making a donation to them later this week”
The Steelers and Weston Park collaborated as last week was “World Cancer Day”
Presenting a Steelers signed warm up shirt was good friend of the Steelers and last nights match sponsor Chris Slack of Bradwell Skip Services to Hayley Reynolds.
Many Steelers fans posted their photos with their winning shirts on social media.
